WELCOME: Men's Ministries supports our men as they live for the Lord in the workplace, their homes and their church. Join us for one of our Men’s Breakfasts for good food, fellowship and a challenge from God’s Word. For more information, contact Scott Allen, our Men's Ministry Coordinator.

 

PURPOSE: This group is dedicated to helping men be the man God calls us to be. We develop our servant heart towards our family and those in our church and our neighborhood. God calls us to be spiritual leaders, not dominating, but in service to God, our nation and community, our family, and ourselves.  Being a Christian man is not a destination...it is a journey.

 

EVENTS: We have a monthly gathering on the third Saturday of each month. Come join us at 7:30 AM, in the lower level near the kitchen for a great breakfast, a challenging message, and fellowship with other brothers in Christ. Throughout the year, please consult your church bulletin or our web calendar for special events.

 

BIBLE STUDIES - Please check the church calendar to see what Bible studies are available for men. We place a high value on Bible study here at WCBF, so throughout the year, we offer either early morning or evening studies for men. See which works best with your schedule and please come join us.

 

BIBLE STUDY FELLOWSHIP (BSF) is also a great group from the community that meets together to study God’s Word. BSF studies throughout the US and around the world all utilize four elements in their sessions: daily questions for individual Bible study, discussion groups, lectures and study notes. Their yearlong studies are coordinated with your children's school calendar. Find the times, locations and days that work best for you on the BSF website.

 

ONE-ON-ONE DISCIPLESHIP: If you desire to know more about God and His Word, but are reluctant to join a group out of fear that everyone may know more than you? Then One-on-One Discipleship is just what you need. Once you express your desire to be discipled to Pastor Rodger, he will match you up with a more mature believer of the same sex, who will take you step by step through understanding what God expects from you. Studying the Bible in this way is one of the fastest ways to grow spiritually, and to make a close friend with your mentor.
